Steps to realizing your phone is taken, yet again:1. Step out of the cinema without realizing that there is nothing in your pocket.
2. Go to the toilet happily because you happen to need it urgently, especially after almost every movie because you couldn't bear to miss anything during the movie.
3. Step out of the toilet and feel your pockets.
4. Realize it isn't there.
5. Frantically search all your bags and clothes.
6. Realize it isn't there.
7. Rush back to the cinema you were in after informing the ticket attendant.
8. Hear the credits still playing as you rush down the rows to where you were sitting, and by the light of the screen try to feel around for your handphone.
9. Have one of the cinema people help you look for it by shining his handphone light around.
10. Realize it isn't there.
11. Harbour a stupid hope that perhaps you didn't search your bag well enough, thereby rushing out and emptying every single thing out of your bag in search of a faint tremor of a vibration because the guy was kind enough to help you call your phone (and yes it was still ringing at that time.)
12. Realize it isn't there.
13. Get out of the place and have your friend continuously call your phone while STILL searching your bag for a vibration.
14. Hear your friend tell you that "The number you are calling is currently unavailable. Please, try again later."
15. Hear your friend tell you it has become "Leave a message after this beep."
16. Abandon all hope and cry stupidly outside of the cinema while trembling over pressing each number of your father's handphone on your friend's phone, because HEY, you're going to be informing him of yet another stolen phone in less than half a year!
17. Realize how amazingly stupid you are.
18. Just die.
Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty fine. Far east lifted my mood, and Borders + the library helped. A lot.
In preparation for my birthday next year (OKAY IT'S A LONG TIME AWAY) as well as to cheer me up more, you can help donate to my COMPLETE WORKS OF EE CUMMINGS fund. The book costs 90 bucks. All you need to donate is ten! That can be my birthday gift!
