the world doesn't understand meee!
Every time I read that kelly column in teenage, I feel like laughing. I'm serious! Lookat this:

"Q: I love to read your column. I know you are the only person who can help me. One of my parents is a Singaporean and the other is a Thai. Every year, my family goes to Thailand to visit relatives. I have two male cousins in Thailand.

When I was in primary two I used to associate with cheeky girls and imiate their behaviour. We looked at guys, observed couples kissing and more... Now about my male Thai cousins - 'C' is the older one. He is the one I am going to tell you about. One day, at his home, we three played a game called 'Under the Blanket'.

Lying beside me made it easy for 'C' to kiss me on the cheek. He then told me to face him so he could kiss me on the lips. I said I could not move so was unable to do as he asked. My younger cousin, also under the blanket, did not seem to notice anything. BUT I admit I wanted 'C' to kiss me.

Every night, we three children slept in the hall. 'C' slept beside me. The first time when everyone was asleep, he hugged me and started kissing my hand, my arm, then my cheek and lastly my lips. He kissed so well that I liked it and began to kiss him back.

This went on for a month. During the day, when the adults were not around, we would start kissing each other. We did not engage in sexual intercourse. I began to suspect I loved him. That first time together ended with us hugging each other tightly when it was time for my family to return to Singapore. I began to believe I loved 'C'.

The following year we arrived at my cousins' house but this time i was afraid that the adults would discover our secret. What if 'C' had told his parents about what had happened the year before? We did not kiss each other again. I want to know if I have lost my virginity? I admit I get horny when I see couples kissing. I am now 15 and would like to have a relationship. Do I have a serious problem? Please reply. Thank you.

Worried Sick"

I'm sorry, I know I should be sympathetic and all blah blah - but does anyone else find this seriously hilarious? -shakes in muted laughter- "I want to know if I have lost my virginity?" OHNOES HAVE I LOST MY VIRGINITY, KELLY? PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER I HAVE! I haven't engaged in sexual intercourse but who knows, maybe somehow my virginity is lost! ohnoes help me!

(added to the fact that this article is extremely wrong for extremely obvious reasons)

To this very intellectual question, kelly replies, "It is fortunate that you and your cousin did not engage in sexual intercourse. I am pleased to report that based on what you related, your virginity is intact." And this is what she has to say about this particular person, "You seem surprisingly ignorant about such matters." Translation, hey, where's your brain!

--whoops!

If the author of this happens to stumble upon this post, I apologize, please do not commit suicide upon reading this!

And anyone who truly has a problem shouldn't go ask kelly about it- you should just go and ask your grandmother! Surprisingly, hey, her replies are what I know already! you shouldn't do this, you shouldn't do that, tsktsk, now go and forget about that guy, who ask you go have sex before marriage !

And wikipedia has hilarious entries sometimes:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emo_(slang)

"Emo fashion is usually defined to have roots in punk fashion as well as gothic fashion.[3] By almost all current definitions, emo clothing is characterized by tight jeans on males and females alike, long fringe (bangs) often brushed to one side of the face, dyed black hair, tight t-shirts which often bear the names of rock bands, studded belts, belt buckles, Chuck Taylor All-Stars or other black shoes - often old and beaten up - and thick, black-rimmed glasses.[1][2][6][7][8][9] Emo fashion has changed with time; early trends included haircuts similar to those worn by the Romulans and Vulcans in Star Trek, tightly fitting sweaters, button-down shirts, and work jackets (often called gas station jackets). This has fallen out of fashion nowadays.[6] "

Hey, that sounds like someone we know! -COUGH- maybe certain PTs, eh?

"When referring to a person's personality and attitude, most definitions of emo hold that an "emo person" is candid about their emotions, sensitive, shy, introverted, broken-hearted, glum, and often quiet.[7][10] Emo personality is also often connected with writing poetry, which addresses confusion, depression, loneliness, and anger, all resulting from the world's inability to understand the author.[3] Emo poetry uses a combination of any of: a highly emotional tone, stream of consciousness writing, a simple (ABAB) or nonexistent rhyme scheme, references to the flesh, especially the heart, heavy use of dark or depressing adjectives, concern over the mutability of time and/or love, and disregard for punctuation, grammar, and/or spelling. Themes such as life is pain are common.[11]

Some definitions of emo hold that typical "emo persons" are likely to inflict self-injury, most often by means of cutting, burning, or otherwise mutilating themselves.[3][10] The theme of self-injury is also common in emo poetry.[11] Some assert that it is cool within the emo subulture to pretend to be suicidal and self-harm,[12] or that participants self-harm purely for personal enjoyment.[13] Critics have gone so far as to contend that the emo subculture or emo music are likely to cause youth to commit suicide.[3][12]"

THE WARLD DON'T UNDARZTANDZ ME LEMME DAI THIE DIE
I WILLS DIE DIE DIE

"Members of the emo subculture are portrayed by critics as melodramatic, self-pitying teenagers who pour their efforts into writing bad poetry and spend too much time on MySpace."

Why does my life suck so much, why?!? I don't understand why god is so unfair to meeee! It's not fair! I hate the world! I hate my life! I hate god! I love myspace! I need myspace! Only myspace understands me!

Lookit, innocentenglish!
