of stones and long posts
HELLO. I'VE BEEN STONING ALL DAY. THANKEW.
[yitao wants me to blog, and he says this makes a very good post and therefore I'm blogging.]
okay lah I shall finally write my long post on genting since mel demands it. (although, as you can see from my tag, that post was REALLY LONG)
Malaysia tripKuala lumpur consisted of lots of shopping and eating those delicious food at those little stalls (as usual). After reaching it at 4 or 5 pm I can't remember due to a stupid traffic jam which lasted the better part of 2 hours, we took a taxi to our hotel... which costed RM 15 for a REALLY SHORT ride.
Actually, he wasn't even a LEGAL taxi driver. My mum waved, and he just came up -.- i tell you, he's MAD. TOTALLY. Throughout the whole trip he was ranting on about how mahatir is a devil and "we need a devil to fight a devil!" and therefore he supports another guy who's a devil too. And apparently MIC = Make Indians Criminal and I can't remember what for UMNO and MCA. blah?
And we probably lost about five years of our life in his car. He doesn't put on his seat belt, doesn't even
put his hand on the steering wheel when he drives. Well done, buddy.
What more, at the end of the trip, he even gave my dad his phone number. BE GONE, FOOL! :D
Second day, genting. We took the LRT and then a stuffy, pest-infested bus ALL THE WAY UP TO GENTING.
in the hot sunlight.
with no curtains.
and no aircon.
and in super, ultra slow speed.
Yipee.
How were we supposed to know we had such a lousy bus which was going to bring us all the way up to genting?! Cheat us of our NICE cable car ride.
And genting is getting so crowded that you even have to get a queue number to get in. Plus, everywhere you turn....
THERE'S SMOKE.
Cos we were only staying in genting for one night and we reached at around 3, there wasn't much time to go outdoor theme park and so we went to the indoor one, which was, uh, exciting if you're a five year old kid, not so exciting if you're ten years older. (no i'm not 11! 5 + 10 = 15, not 11!)
Not to mention the half an hour queues.
lala! Okay lah to be fair I loved the cold air, but it doesn't make up much when most of the time you smell smoke. SMOKE SPOILS EVERYTHING. -makes face- PEOPLE, YOU WANT TO DIE YOU GET A BETTER METHOD THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE THE REST OF THE WORLD WHO DON'T WANT TO DIE.
Penang, fourth day. You'll be amazed at the wide difference in the number of stars you can see in the night sky (unless you're living in ulu areas like -cough- a certain person). Star light star bright!
Then, ONWARD TO BAGAN SERAI. San's drifted off already, it's saddening. ALL BECAUSE OF HER BOYFRIEND -wails- BEGONE YOU!
My sis, however, was perfectly happy because.... heehee. shall not divulge. :D
Back to singapore where I'm sure everyone missed me, whee!
Okay so there mel, happy? (:
it's a little bit funny, this feeling insideeee
