PSI: 142?!

This is gonna be a rather serious/pissed off post.

Sheesh, stupid teachers heap LOTS OF WORK on us and expect us to get good grades. How do we get good grades if we can't even study because of all the homework?! THINK, teachers, THINK.

We should get a whole week off before the exams to actually STUDY and not do stupid homework for the teachers. Every one of them say, "Oh, it doesn't take very long!" But you multiply that "not very long" by eight, and you find that the time it takes is actually LONG BEYOND BELIEF, longer than your intestines. Grr.

Today was QIX'S BIRTHDAY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY QIX! wahaha. WAIT FOR YOUR BELATED PRESENT! I promise I'll remember to buy for you and joy!

And then two things:
1) I suck at lit, cos my answer didn't address the question, or rather it didn't correspond to the stuff we were supposed to write.
2) Everyone's been going on about how lit sucks and how they wished they took geog.

Whatever lah, I'm sick of that. Lit doesn't suck. Maybe, I admit, the annotations do, the amount of work we have to do do, the depth of analysis we have to go into do. But not lit. It's not lit that's making you groan, it's the exams and the amount of work and the pure helplessness. Helpless, cos there's no definite answer. It's not easy. That's why we took lit.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, sure. Why can't everyone just look at this side only then? If you all didn't take lit, you wouldn't have ended in THREE OH NINE. And we all know that three oh nine is the best class there ever can be. You want to end up in one of the geog classes where all of them mug all day long and get freakingly high results? Are you sure that's what you want? Sure, geog is the easy way out. All you do is memorise. We took lit for a not-so-easy path. Anyone can do geog. Not everyone can do lit.

Lit is where you learn about the intangible things, the things that MATTER, the things that are beneath the surface level. And that is why I took lit. Cos it's those things that really make up life and make up who we are, not how rocks are formed and where the stupid countries are in the world map. Those are the technicalities of life. We learn about that enough already. Lit is what's INSIDE.

Okay anyway. The next thing I wanted to say...

I really don't like the F word.

No offence to anyone.

People just conveniently insert it in when they can't find an appropriate adjective or whatever. What, F word makes you more real? No way in hell or heaven man. So, it makes you more real because, well, you're expressing what you really feel! you're not a hypocrite! You don't veil your words! You just let it out! I'm impressed at all your real-ness!

If you check the dictionary, at least, the oxford one, the f word is actually a taboo word. If you mean to say that murder and rape, which are taboo actions, make you more real, then go ahead.

Why don't you just THINK about why you really use the f word. There are millions of other words you can use. And note, this is not meant at specific people but at the world at general. So don't take offence.

Third thing, stupid haze. It's making everyone feel irritated and restless. It's a good example of how your actions can cause people everywhere to suffer. So next time you do anything, think.

Maybe it's not entirely indonesia's fault, cos of el nino effect blah blah blah. But I don't believe an el nino effect, which has been happening every year since the start of time, can cause that much damage. Nope, it's the people and the government and one vicious cycle after another. No damage to the environment, no improvement to the country. Most of the developed superpower countries all destroyed the environment when they first began. So, at the end of it all, no one's to blame completely. What's important's what we do about it after the damage has been done, if the damage is inevitable.

Fourth thing, go to www.themeatrix.com . It'll really make you think.
