The real feminists...
...are seductresses, oozing sex appeal, firing loins and conquering men.
No I've not gone mad. THIS is what I've been doing for CAP. Somehow, from career of women it drifted to seduction being THE way up the status ladder. And it's supremely weird to read books that sound, er, not so innocent and decent for proper purposes, ie, lit reviews.
Why are they the real feminists, the liberated women incarnate, the futuristic models of female entitlement? Along with their brains, autonomy, integrity, and high swank, they radiate killer charm and practice the arts of erotic conquest like mahatmas. They strike terror into the insecure male heart; under their black magic all hell can break loose. A man can be pitched into testosterone storm, driven fro, home and country, led into love bondage, and zapped from a mogul into a mouse. They subvert and sabotage patriarchy, menace male domination and reclaim women's natural position in love: on top, in command, with swarms of men at their feet. They are the stealth heroines of history. Seduction, says Jean Baudrillard, restores female sovereignty. Women are the master sex in sex.
That's all gotten from the first chapter alone of
Seductress: Women Who Ravished the World and Their Lost Art Of Love by Betsy Prioleau.
Women outorgasm, outlast, and outpleasure men, and, left to their own devices, gallivant like their nearest cousins the bonobos, stud shopping and sating their eternal-climax machine. No, they're not the "scarlet inkblot", the "blond bimbette", the "stacked vamp", the "Chanel-suited nymphobitch" or the "servile artist's muse and maidservant". They're non beauties, seniors, intellectuals, artists, government leaders or adventuresses, contrary to popular belief. In fact, history's most famous and fascinating seductresses are plain-looking and even ugly.
Okay you can skip the next part. Here comes the, er, not so clean part.
"The famous Venus of Willendorf is swallowed up in mountains of femaleness. her double D breasts flop on a monumental belly, and her saddlebag hips hold her prize feature in parenthesis, "the most carefully and exquisitely carved realistic vulva in the entire European Upper Paleolithic." To our ancestors the vulva was the holy of holies, carved on every surface as chevrons, triangles, and semicircles and symbolic not just of sexual desire but of maternity and divine creative energy". "This bosomy lady this time is portrayed deep in the throes of masturbation: legs sprayed, toes turned up, and hand sunk into her swollen labia."
If you don't know what vulva or labia mean, go check them up. They're essential in your understanding of the previous paragraph :D
Well I must say this book's definitely
more interesting than the books I've done. At least I'm entertained. HAHA.
Seriously, this book's super persuasive and a very engaging read. Must put warning here:
WARNING: After reading this book, you might feel inspired to become a seductress yourself and learn all the arts of seduction, which include a lot of sex.Anyone wanna borrow the book from me? :D
