Shocked, astounded, and a fanfic
Edit: I made some changes to my fanfic. Please, if you've read it, do read the last few lines -- I added more lines to it. And do give comments! I know it's not too good, it's still on its beginning stage. 0-0 i shall deal with this one by one.

Phew. Now back to the topic.
Today, I received the hugest shock in my life: for all my history of reading suspense, I have
never, ever guessed so off the mark before.
I mean, usually I know who's the murderer, or at least I suspect I know who is the murderer. Today, I have officially been stumped.
I believed so strongly that he was the murderer! The author led me to believe it! It was those kind of parellel plotline where you have this murderer's actions and thoughts and then you have the main characters' actions and thoughts. I thought I knew who the murderer was!
Today, I'm horrified to have guessed so wrongly. I HATE MARY HIGGINS CLERK!
Grrr. She's good, I admit.
When I first read one of her books, Daddy's little girl, I was like ERRRR...
The thoughts running through my mind:
This is the quality of the work of the supposedly "Queen of suspense"?!? WHAT? I suppose it was one of her worst works. I thought the writing very naive, especially of a middle-aged woman, and the phrasing used very... cliched, naive. The characters seemed cardboard-like to me. I was disgusted at the "Queen of suspense".
Then I picked up another book of hers, and...
I officially give her the crown. But it shouldn't be Queen of Suspense. It should be "Queen of plot-twisting".
I assure you, I threw her book down when I found out who the murderer was. I was so mad. And then I picked it up again and dug back to the old pages, determined to find the evidence that pointed to the character that I thought was the murderer. I was that furious.
Anyway. I wrote a fanfic!
But unlike Dashen's, it is not a humour one. It's rather serious...
