Class meet up!
Yes, yes, NOT surprisingly I went back to primary school today, which is probably what the bulk of the lower secondary population did.

We ended up taking a taxi there, but we weren't sure where Yu Neng was. We told the taxi driver Bedok North street 3, and he was like making rounds and going, "SO where is it?" Poor us were frantically looking around, trying to place the surroundings into the little map in our heads and thinking that we might have gotten the address wrong. Meanwhile I was so worried about the increasing number in the taxi meter, it seemed to be increasing faster right in front of my bewildered eyes.

Turned out that street 3 was VERY big. -_-

Luckily Sab remembered that our school was near blk 506, otherwise we would have been stuck around Bedok North street 3 watching the increasing taxi meter and getting chased out by the taxi driver finally. I had this little scene in my head where we realized that we had not enough money for the huge taxi fee and therefore forced to cut off our limbs to beg in the streets for enough money... "$1! $1! Hello $1!" Touch wood!

To my great relief, that scenario didn't come true and the taxi fare fell short of the $10 we were expecting.

HAHAHHA, that QiWen went back to Yu Neng EXTRA early being the EXTRA person he always was, and promptly realized that nobody from our class had reached yet and therefore was forced to wait... HAHAHAH!

Ok ok never mind. So yeah, we entered the school compounds, after which people who were VERY bo liao started comparing heights. Naturally I was the winner for the shortest catergory. Thank you! Thank you!

Poor me was the victim of the immature guys in our class's attack. Yes, they were REALLY INTOLERABLY immature. They started comparing my height to theirs, and crowded around me and refused to let me out. HUMPH. So immature right? Like, hello? They are GUYS. Naturally, scientific theory has proven that guys generally grow taller than girls. And they come and compare their heights to the shortest girl in class. -_-

yeah, they are pathetic all right. I shall forgive them on the account that their poor egos were probably deflated so much in their schools by the heights of the girls that they had to inflate their egos using me.

From now on, I shall be PROUD to be a shortie. See, us short people even have special nicknames! SHORTIE! You never see tall people with nick names right? Like, whoever calls them TALLIES? No, NO ONE does! See, shortie so affectionate nickname! Everyone loves us!

Idiot. People don't have to emphasize on height all the time. And think that being taller is better. Humph.

Obviously our class guys haven't learnt the ways of being a GENTLEMAN or at least a MAN. Such crap in our class. No wonder I had a lack of taste last time. Like, with this limited selection of guys, there's not much to choose from. At least some guys are more mature than the rest.

Like I said, SO WHAT if you are physically mature? What matters is your emotional maturity. Yeah.

Ok ok never mind. Moving on to other topics. hahaha... Sandra has apparantly grown to a great chio girl, for people were all exclaiming on how chio she looked. And I learnt about a very astonishing matter: guys who totally didn't know her went up to her to ask her for her phone number! WHOA! SO CHIO liao our Sandra... bian4 cheng2 da4 mei2 nu2 le!

And guess what. Sandra was actually contemplating on giving them MY phone number. Hello?

Luckily she didn't, or else her body will really be found along Orchard Road, murdered and lifeless. And sent to the guys.

I am NOT that boy crazy, for goodness sake... humph. Besides, they were from SJI according to Sabina. So YEAH. Not interested in SJI... except on how their all-white uniforms look so much like our BROTHERS'. hahaha... Zhi Hua feels like puking everytime I call RI mates our BROTHERS. True what, Raffles family leh! So RJC people are our elder brothers and sisters while RI guys are our BROTHERS. hahaha...

And that reminds me of the incident in tuition. My tuition teacher was discussing about dating for teenagers during tuition, and he listed down the common steorotypical pairings: ac with mg, rg with ri, hci with nygh... and my tuition mate who was from HCI went, "EWW! INCEST!!!" upon hearing that. :D so funny!

Oh yeah. back to going back to ynps.

Sab and san were going on about Hui Wen, my EX-crush (placing great emphasis on EX), and added worse to that he was there, standing nearby. Totally wasn't expected since I haven't seen him for even one pathetic class meet. Sort of assumed he won't be in ynps for every class meet. Damn. Luckily I sort of convinced them that I had another crush from another school and they grasped on to this juicy fact like crows grasping on to juicy fat worms, and the teasing decreased a lot.

Sigh. Sorry eve for teasing you about zheng han since he was there as well...

But yeah. Hui Wen can't compare up to some other guys I know now. hahaha... for one, on the superficial side, he didn't look as good as them. for another, their characters are much better than his. But I can sort of understand why I liked him last time, seeing how immature and insensitive some of our class guys are. This time, however, I was rather mortified at the memory of me shouting across the class that I liked him. I was PRAYING FERVENTLY that he wouldn't think that I still liked him or anything... I am NEVER EVER gonna do that again. So embarrassing, especially when you don't like the guy anymore.

yes, I noticed how distant our class was as compared to how we were in primary 5 and 6. the times. sigh. I used to be so depressed in sec 1, wishing all the time I could go back in time and be with all of them again. I wanted back all my friends, my sitting position in front of Shi Ning, beside Sandra and behind Quan Xiang. Couldn't understand at all why some people were so unenthu about class gatherings, clinging on to memories with a desperate need.

Then I got to know friends, and things got better. So right now I just remember 6J with a fondness and I love how stuff are going on right now. My favourite years of all in my life? P5, P6 and Sec 2. Definitely. RG ROCKS!

Even though we'll be separated next year, I look forward to better days, hopefully in the same class with Zhi Hua. Even though we'll be separated, we'll still be in the same school. No doubt we will grow more distant, but the fact remains that we will be able to see each other whenever we feel like it.

I WANT TO JOIN CAP!!!!!!!

Ok ok that was irrelevant. But I definitely regret going for IVP in sec 2. That must be my most hated aspect of sec 2 life or something. Never mind... experience, experience. After all, Ivp only lasts for a year.

While cap lasts all the way to jc2! I WANT TO JOIN! I want to get in! But I don't really think I can, despite what Zhi hua says, judging by the standard of my stuff. Sigh. One can always wish. i wish i had sort of like a back-up thingy such that if I don't get into cap, I would get into something else like OM instead of stupid boring idiotic RS. OM still get to go to US loh! If you get into finals, that is.

Oh yeah. Digressed again. BACK TO THE CLASS GATHERING.

Stupid school wouldn't allow us to go past the canteen. We even had to paste these stupid stickers on our shirts with the words "EX PUPILS" as though we were criminals being branded. You know, like "CONVICT 20781" or something. Never mind. We had to wait ALL THE WAY till 1.30 even though we reached at 12 for the stupid contact time where more teachers would come out.

Sab wanted to give her present to Mrs Chong, but Mrs Chong apparantly didn't feel like coming down. Waited EVEN MORE with our stomaches protesting violently against our treatment to it. In the end Sab finally asked ms sunitha to pass the present to Mrs Chong, and with much relief we set off to TM.

Ate at Yoshinoya in TM, where the service was DAMN LAN. I waited such a long long time for my chicken terriyaki bowl to arrive, and sab and cin didn't even get their jellies due to their lack of stock. They never even compensate sab and cin for that loh...wah lao leh.

In the end all our plans flopped. Eve didn't want to watch a movie, the neoprint shop was SQUISHED with millions and millions of people in the TINY TINY shop and the STUPID arcade wouldn't let us go in because we were in HALF uniform. hello? HALF ONLY WHAT! As if you can tell what school we are from from our cullotes!

So we went to Toys r us (I know I know lah. relieving childhood memories cannot ah? haha. not as though we were the only secondary students there. saw other rg girls and ri guys), where we squealed about how cute the stuff were and how cool the games were and we got jealous of the younger generation (whoa. I sound like an old old person talking about the younger generation... my hair haven't white yet! haha) for having such cool toys. And Sab and san couldn't stop playing this super lame game of winnie the pool where you were supposed to collect those honey drops and honey pots with letters and lamely jumping past the "obstacles" if they can be counted as it.

I found out another thing today: victoria is actually near TKGS! and TKGS girls go with Victoria guys! so cool... another pairing to add to my list. haha...

Nothing much happened afterwards. Oh yeah. today is also teachers' day and aces day hor...

Stupid aces day lah. being the sec 2s non-geppers (not sure about the geppers) with NO benefits of sitting in the amphi but instead had to stand outside it for the teachers' day performance, we even had to suffer with the sec 3s and sec 4s this year for aces day routine, having instead to dance on the field this year instead of the netball courts. And they obviously bull shit lah, where got people come out from their condos to look at us dance the stupid dance? haha... think too highly of themselves liao...

Rather disappointed with the celebrations. Performances were rather lame and uncoordinated, the geppers one we couldn't hear though the school population laughed at it so i guess it was okay. the one performance we were all looking forward to was not up to my expectations at least. Didn't know a lot of songs, atomosphere couldn't get up as high as last year's or this year's founder's day until that very one song where our funky teacher-in-charge of debate Mr Toh went up and got the entire atmosphere up and rolling. cool loh! never knew he was that sporty. (:

They SHOULD have chosen more popular songs.

And the rest of the day as they say is history. hahaha... I have a rather warped way of organising my post.
